We take data privacy seriously. RallyPointRevenue collects and processes data necessary to operate the loyalty and marketing platform on behalf of our restaurant clients. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Messaging Consent & SMS Disclaimer
By opting in, customers agree to receive SMS and email communications related to loyalty rewards, offers, gift certificates, and restaurant updates. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Billing and Wallet Usage
The base platform fee covers software access. Messaging usage (SMS and email) is billed separately through a required wallet system. Auto-reload functionality is required to maintain active campaigns and prevent service interruption.
